AlN is 10 times superior to Alumina in thermal conductivity(80~180W/m·K). And its material resistivity is 14X1013 Ω·cm and it is also good in electric insulation. It can be used for substrates, parts and modules for semi-conductors which need materials holding conductivity even at high temperature.
